The prettiest drink around town đthis was actually so easy to make. I used the @redespresso Matcha Super Mix which was amazing, combined with @alpro roasted almond milk the consistency is just perfect.
Hereâs what you need:
Bottom layer:đ
1//2 cup of hot @redespresso roasted almond milk
1 teaspoon of @redespresso matcha powder
Optional sweetener of choice
Second layer: đĽ
1/2 cup of foamy Alpro Almond milk
3rd layer:â¤ď¸
1/2 cup of hot almond milk
1-2 tablespoons of beetroot juice( I used @ruganijuice )
Optional sweetener
Directions:
Heat up 1 cup of the Alpro roasted almond milk until hot.
Divide it into two half a cups.
In the one cup mix the matcha powder in until smooth.
In the second cup mix in the beetroot juice.
Now froth up about half a cup of the Alpro roasted almond milk until nice and bubbly.
Start assembling your drink.
Pour in your matcha milk mix first.
Then slowly add in your frothed almond milk.
Then add in your beetroot almond mix and top off with the remaining frothy almond milk and enjoy with a drizzle of liquid sweetener đ
