All you need is:
1 1/2 cups of cake flour
1 cup sugar of your choice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup of plant-based milk
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
1 vanilla essence
4 -6 tablespoons Rugani 100% Beetroot Juice
Icing sugar for dusting.
Preheat your oven to 180.
Add all the dry ingredients to your mixing bowl and stir.
Mix in the wet ingredients except for the Rugani 100% Beetroot juice.
Scoop out half a cup of the mixture into a smaller mixing bowl and mix in the juice.
Pour your first mixture into your baking dish and swirl in the pink juice mix.
Place in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing and dusting with icing sugar 🌱
