Vegan Banana pancakes

Banana pancakes coming up 🌱These are just too easy to make not to want them every day!


  • 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener of choice

  • 1 large banana

  • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  1. Place all of your ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat your nonstick pan on the stove at medium to high heat.

  4. Scoop 1/3 of a cup into your pan and cook until bubbles form and start to pop.

  5. Flip and cook for a further minute.

  6. Repeat with the remaining batter and enjoy with some maple syrup or cinnamon and sugar 🌿
