Vegan Choc Chip and Raisin biscuites


Vegan Choc chip Raisin Biscuits🌿

All you need is:

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup mixed raisins

  • 85g dark chocolate such an aero dark or Lindt dark chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt



Wet

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 teaspoon caramel/vanilla essence

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180.

  2. Chop up your chocolate into nice small chunky pieces.

  3. In your mixing bowl mix all your dry ingredients including the chocolate.

  4. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until a dough is formed.

  5. Measure out about a tablespoon of the dough and roll them into balls, placing them on your oiled baking tray.

  6. Using a fork flatten out the balls by gently pressing down.

  7. Place the tray in the oven to bake for 20 minutes 🌿
