Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are so delicious and quick to make. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Recipe

Time: 25-30 minutes

Makes 12-16 cookies


Ingredients:

Dry:


Wet:

  • ½ cup of coconut oil melted

  • ½ cup of plant-based milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (From JAR)


Optional Icing drizzle:

  • 1/3 cup of icing sugar (From JAR)

  • 2 teaspoons of plant-based milk or water

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C and spray your baking tray or line it with oven-safe paper.

  2. In your mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients and mix.

  3. Add in the wet ingredients and combine the mixtures.

  4. Scoop a tablespoon of the cookie dough into the palm of your hand and roll it into a ball.

  5. Place on to your baking dish and repeat with the remaining cookie dough.

  6. Place in the oven to bake for 20-22 minutes.

  7. Once finished baking allow to cool before removing from your tray.

  8. Enjoy with a drizzle of icing or just as is.
