Cranberry and Nut Bundt loaf

Ingredients:
Dry:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup sweetener of choice
1/2 cup of mixed raisins
1/2 cup of mixed nuts or seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon mixed spices
Wet:
1 1/4 cup of plant-based milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Glaze:
2 tablespoons liquid sweetener
2 tablespoons of oil of your choice
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180.
Mix together all your dry ingredients
Measure out your milk and pour it into a small bowl. Add in the apple cider vinegar and give a quick stir and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
Add all the wet ingredients including the milk mix to your dry ingredients and combine.
Pour into your Bundt cake tin or any cake tin will do.
Bake for 28-30 minutes.
Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and brush on the baked loaf. Serve with some jam and vegan butter and enjoy 🍃
