The easiest vegan cream cheese that is nut-free and oil-free with only 6 ingredients 🌱
1 block of semi-firm tofu
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 cup of coconut cream
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Place all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
Use on toast, nachos, pasta etc.
store in a sealed Tupperware in the fridge.
