Vegan Salted Caramel

This Vegan Salted Caramel is so quick and easy to make.

Here’s what you need


  • 1/3 cup of coconut cream

  • 1/3 cup of coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


  1. In a pot on the stove add the coconut cream and sugar and bring to simmer until the sugar has melted.

  2. Add in your pinch of salt and stir for about 1 minute.

  3. Turn off the heat and mix in your extract. Allow to cool slightly so it thickens and enjoy on whatever you fancy 🌿
