Vegetable Fritters


Easy Vegetable Fritters in less than 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of McCain Mexican Stir fry

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup of cornflour

  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite vegetable seasoning

  • 1 cup of water

  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. In your mixing bowl add in all of your dry ingredients and mix.

  2. Add in your water and combine until you have a creamy batter.

  3. Take your frying pan and heat about 2 tablespoons of oil.

  4. Scoop a 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and spread slightly.

  5. Cook on medium to high heat until bubbles form and start to pop.

  6. Flip and cook for another minute or two on the other side ensuring the center is cooked. Reduce your heat slightly if they are cooking too fast.

  7. Serve with some fresh salsa and vegan mayonnaise add enjoy
