I’ve been meaning to get around to this recipe so thought I would share it here since it’s Friday 🍃All you need is below:
2 cups of plant-based milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Dash of cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons of Maple syrup
Start by soaking your chia seeds in 1 cup of the plant-based milk for about 30 minutes.
Place the mixture in your pot and stir in all the ingredients including the remaining cup of milk.
Heat up slowly on a medium heat stirring occasionally until the pudding thickens which should take about 15 minutes.
Serve with some fresh strawberries, coconut, maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon.
