Warm Chia Seed Pudding🌱

I’ve been meaning to get around to this recipe so thought I would share it here since it’s Friday 🍃All you need is below:

Serves 2-4


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of plant-based milk

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 2-3 tablespoons of Maple syrup



Directions:

  1. Start by soaking your chia seeds in 1 cup of the plant-based milk for about 30 minutes.

  2. Place the mixture in your pot and stir in all the ingredients including the remaining cup of milk.

  3. Heat up slowly on a medium heat stirring occasionally until the pudding thickens which should take about 15 minutes.

  4. Serve with some fresh strawberries, coconut, maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon.
