Wellness Smoothie bowl packed full of great ingredients!
You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
3 bananas frozen
1/3 cup of plant-based milk( I used earth and co)
1 scoop wazoogles protein blend ( I used vanilla sky)
1 teaspoon macadamia nut butter( I used oh mega nut butter)
1 handful spinach
1 teaspoon of activated charcoal( I used nature’s choice)
2 dates pitted
1. Place the frozen bananas, plant-based milk, wazoogles protein powder, nut butter, spinach and dates and blend until smooth.
2. Pour half the smoothie out into your bowl.
3. Add the activated charcoal to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the black mixture into your smoothie bowl and top with all your favourite toppings from granola to fresh fruits and nuts.
