3 Ingredient Rugani Smoothie Bowl
Prep: Freeze bananas the night before
1 and 1/2 cups to loosely packed frozen bananas
3-4 pitted dates
Fresh fruit such as berries
Optional granola, or nut and seed mix
Place all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
You can adjust the thickness of your smoothie bowl by adding or reducing the amount of liquid.
Top with your favorite fresh fruits, coconut, or granola, and enjoy.
