This smoothie bowl is perfect for a quick meal on the go. No fancy ingredients and it's packed with all things good!


3 Ingredient Rugani Smoothie Bowl

Time:5-10 minutes

Serves 2

Prep: Freeze bananas the night before





Ingredients:



Toppings:

  • Coconut flakes

  • Fresh fruit such as berries

  • Optional granola, or nut and seed mix



Directions:

  1. Place all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. You can adjust the thickness of your smoothie bowl by adding or reducing the amount of liquid.

  3. Top with your favorite fresh fruits, coconut, or granola, and enjoy.
