Almond milk and blueberry crumpets are perfect for any day of the week🥞🥞🥞
Oil-free and refined sugar-free 🍃
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 1/4 cups of almond milk @earthandcosouthafrica
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sweetener
Spray and cook for the pan
Mix all of your dry ingredients together.
Add in the wet ingredients and combine.
Spray your pan with non-stick and heat it up on medium heat.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the batter in the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes aside 🌿
