Post Run Smoothie


This smoothie is my absolute favorite! I make it every day after my run.


Serves: 2

Time: 5 minutes



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of plant-based milk

  • 1 frozen banana or 1 fresh and add ice

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon maca powder

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder


Directions:

Place all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
