Easiest Heavenly Vegan Vanilla Cake

Hello and thank you so much for visiting my Blog Health Alignment. I really enjoy sharing all of these recipes with you and can't wait for you to try this one. Really this vanilla cake is a cake lover's dreams come true! It is so moist and fluffy and you don't need any fancy ingredients! This cake is delectable and delightful with each and every single bite. Only 8 ingredients are required and I bet you should have everything you need in your pantry to make this mouthwatering, Heavenly Vanilla Cake. So let's get started!

You are going to need:

  • A cake tin

  • Mixing bowls

  • Mixing spoon

  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Oven

  • Time: 1 Hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 And 1/2 Cups of all purpose flour (I used stoneground cake flour)

  • 1 Cup of castor sugar or sugar of your choice such as coconut or xylitol

  • A teaspoon of baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/3 Cup oil of your choice

  • A teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

  • 250ml of water or plant-based milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and oil your cake tin.

  2. Sieve all your dry ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

  3. Add the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well until everything is smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 45 minutes. Pierce with a knife to test if the cake is ready if the knife comes out clean then remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the cake tin. Sprinkle with some icing sugar or make a vegan buttercream icing and enjoy :)
