Vegan Banana Bread

Everything you could ever want a banana bread to be.
You will need:
Mixing bowl and spoon
Measuring cups and spoon
Oven
1 hour & 45 minutes
Bread tin or cake tin
Ingredients:
Dry:
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
pinch of salt
100g crushed walnuts
Wet:
3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
3 smashed ripe banana
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of water
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and oil your bread tin.
Mix all of your dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes checking if the loaf is ready from 1 hour 10 minutes by inserting a sharp knife into the centre of the loaf. If the knife comes out clean the banana bread is ready.
Allow to cool for about 10-20 minutes before removing from tin.
Enjoy with your favourite cuppa.
