Vegan Banana Bread


Everything you could ever want a banana bread to be.

You will need:

Mixing bowl and spoon

Measuring cups and spoon

Oven

1 hour & 45 minutes

Bread tin or cake tin

Ingredients:

Dry:

  • 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground

  • cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • 100g crushed walnuts

Wet:

  • 3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted

  • 3 smashed ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and oil your bread tin.

  2. Mix all of your dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes checking if the loaf is ready from 1 hour 10 minutes by inserting a sharp knife into the centre of the loaf. If the knife comes out clean the banana bread is ready.

  4. Allow to cool for about 10-20 minutes before removing from tin.

  5. Enjoy with your favourite cuppa.
