Vegan Chocolate with 5 simple ingredients.
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons of coconut oil melted
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon of Sweetener of choice( I used agave syrup)
2 Tablespoons of crushed nuts ( I used peanuts)
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
Mix together the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice.
Place a 1/4 of teaspoon of peanut butter into each of your moulds with a few crushed nuts. Pour the chocolate mixture on top.
Set in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes.
