Very Berry Smoothie

Super easy, delicious smoothie packed with antioxidants.

You will need:

  • Blender

  • Spoons

  • Glass or bowl

  • 5 minutes

  • serves 1


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup of your favourite berries (frozen works great)

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or your favourite nut butter(optional)

  • 1/2 cup of water


  1. Place all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into your glass and enjoy or have it as a smoothie bowl and top with your favourite granola and fruits.
