Very Berry Smoothie
Super easy, delicious smoothie packed with antioxidants.
You will need:
Glass or bowl
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of your favourite berries (frozen works great)
3 pitted dates
1 tablespoon of peanut butter or your favourite nut butter(optional)
1/2 cup of water
Place all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your glass and enjoy or have it as a smoothie bowl and top with your favourite granola and fruits.
