The Easiest Coffee Ice Cream Ever

This is such a quick easy vegan ice cream recipe that is naturally gluten free, oil free and sugar-free!

Time: 5 minutes

Set time: 8-12 hours

Serves: 4-6

You will need:

A Blender

A tub to store the ice cream


  • 4 bananas

  • 6 or more pitted dates

  • 1/2 tin of coconut cream

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla of caramel essence

  • 1 teaspoon of coffee

  • pinch of salt


  1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Place in a tub and put in the freezer to set for 8-12 hours.
