This is such a quick easy vegan ice cream recipe that is naturally gluten free, oil free and sugar-free!
Time: 5 minutes
Set time: 8-12 hours
You will need:
A tub to store the ice cream
6 or more pitted dates
1/2 tin of coconut cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla of caramel essence
1 teaspoon of coffee
pinch of salt
Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place in a tub and put in the freezer to set for 8-12 hours.
