Protein Packed Banana Muffins



Free from Wheat, Nuts, Oil, Soy, Dairy, Eggs.🌱🌱🌱

You will need 30 minutes.

Makes 6 medium muffins

Ingredients: Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup ground rolled oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • 1&1/2 teaspoon baking powder •A tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar of your choice

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 bananas smashed

  • 1/4 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 °C.

  2. Mix your dry ingredients.

  3. Add your wet ingredients.

  4. Pour the mixture into your oiled muffin tins and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden. Makes 6 medium muffins.
