Apple Cinnamon Oat Muffins

Vegan Apple Cinnamon Oat Muffins perfect for breakfast or ready made snacks on the go.


Time:

35 Minutes

Makes 6-8 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup ground oats

  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 tablespoons sugar of choice

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 2 apples diced into small cubes

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar for sprinkling on top of the muffins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.

  3. Mix in the diced apples.

  4. Add the wet ingredients.

  5. Mix until well combined.

  6. Spoon into your oiled muffin tray.

  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
