Vegan Scones


Scones 🌱🌱🌱one of my favourite treats! My top combos are jam and coconut cream or a special treat is jam, coconut cream and some vegan 🧀! So good🌱 and they are always so quick and easy to make! Here’s what you will need.

Time: 20 minutes

Makes 12-16 scones😊

Dry ingredients:

  • 2&1/2 Cups of self raising flour

  • 1 &1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons sugar Pinch of salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 tin of coconut cream

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 °C.

  2. Mix all your dry ingredients and add the coconut cream.

  3. Roll the dough out onto a well floured surface.

  4. Cut out your scones using a cookie cutter or glass.

  5. Place on an oiled baking tray.

  6. Bake for 12-18 minutes.
