Home-made Oat milk



Perfect home-made milk in less than 5 minutes with3 simple ingredients!

You will need:

  • Blender

  • Strainer

  • Cheesecloth or old pillowcase

  • Bowl

  • Measuring cup

  • 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats

  • pinch of salt

  • 2-3 dates

  • 2 cups of water

You can add some flavour if you like such as a dash of cinnamon or touch of vanilla.

Directions:

  1. Blend all your ingredients in your blender until smooth.

  2. Place your strainer above your bowl and line the strainer with your cloth or pillowcase.

  3. Pour the milk through and squeeze the remaining liquid through the cloth. Discard the leftover oats and store your milk in the fridge.

  4. Enjoy with your favourite teas, coffee, baking and much more!
