Quick Home-Made Yeast Free Bread



Quick, home-made bread with out the nasties.

Oil Free

Yeast Free

You will need:

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Baking dish

  • 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of flour

  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

  • Big pinch of salt and sugar/sweetener of your choice

  • 1 Cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix together all your dry ingredients.

  3. Add in the water and mix until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Place into your bread dish or form a loaf and place on a baking tray.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Place into a dish or form a roll and pop into the oven to bake for about 25-35 minutes until slightly golden.
