Creamy Sun-dried tomato pasta

You will need:
A pot for cooking pasta
Blender
Teaspoon and tablespoon
Measuring cup
Time 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
A handful dried tomatoes (soaked in hot water for 5 minutes)
1 Tablespoon tahini
A teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
A tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 a cup water
A teaspoon maple syrup
1-2 Portions of your favourite pasta cooked( I used brown rice pasta)
Directions:
Soak your tomatoes for 5 minutes in hot water and drain.
Start to cook your pasta
Place in the blender all of your ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add extra water for desired consistency.
Once your pasta is cooked you can either serve it hot or run the pasta under some cold water to cool.
Pour your sauce over the pasta and mix until fully covered.
Serve with some fresh basil and enjoy.
