Ginger Oat Biscuits

Oil free, refined sugar free and super delicious! Such a quick and easy treat!
You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
Baking Tray
Mixing bowl
25 minutes total
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2cups oat flour(Ground Oats)
1/2 coconut sugar (or substitute brown sugar)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of cloves
dash of nut meg
Dash of mixed spice
Wet Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of tahini
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/3 cup of water

Sauce:
1&1/2 teaspoons of tahini
1 teaspoon liquid sweeter(agave, maple or coconut syrup)
1 teaspoon water
Dash mixed spice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Ground down your oats in a blender.
in your mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add in the wet and mix.
On an oiled baking tray dish up about 1/2-1 tablespoon of the cookie mixture onto the baking tray and press down using a fork. Repeat until dough is finished.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until slightly golden.
