Baked cranberry doughnuts

I made these little cranberry baked doughnuts the other day and they were so good 🌿



Ingredients

Dry

  • 2 1/2 cups of self-raising flour

  • 1/4 cup of sweetener of choice

  • 2/3 cup of dried cranberries

  • Pinch of salt

Wet

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 cup of Soda water


Glazing:

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • 1 tablespoon of liquid sweetener like agave



Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180. Mix together all the dry ingredients.

  2. Add in the wet ingredients and mix.

  3. Flour your hands and divide the dough into 9-12 balls.

  4. Roll the balls and pierce a hole in the middle.

  5. Place on your oiled baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and brush with the glazing and enjoy
