Baked cranberry doughnuts

I made these little cranberry baked doughnuts the other day and they were so good 🌿

Ingredients
Dry
2 1/2 cups of self-raising flour
1/4 cup of sweetener of choice
2/3 cup of dried cranberries
Pinch of salt
Wet
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup of Soda water
Glazing:
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of liquid sweetener like agave

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180. Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Add in the wet ingredients and mix.
Flour your hands and divide the dough into 9-12 balls.
Roll the balls and pierce a hole in the middle.
Place on your oiled baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with the glazing and enjoy
