Homemade Blueberry Chia Jam

Chia blueberry jam on @futurelifeza High Protein Brown Bread is totally what’s happening this weekend for a quick breakfast or snack on the go 🌿

I have been using this bread for the longest time.

Here’s the recipe for the jam

Blueberry jam

Easy Chia BlueberryJam


  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds


  1. Place your blueberries in your pan with lemon juice and water and simmer until the blueberries soften.

  2. Add in your chia seeds and maple syrup and simmer for a further minute.

  3. Using the back of your spoon, squash a couple of the blueberries.

  4. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy on your toast 🌿
