Homemade Blueberry Chia Jam

I have been using this bread for the longest time.

Here’s the recipe for the jam
Blueberry jam

Easy Chia BlueberryJam
Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions:
Place your blueberries in your pan with lemon juice and water and simmer until the blueberries soften.
Add in your chia seeds and maple syrup and simmer for a further minute.
Using the back of your spoon, squash a couple of the blueberries.
Allow to cool slightly and enjoy on your toast 🌿
