Mini Vegan Brownie Bundt Cakes

These little brownie bundt cakes are just so easy to make with no fancy ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 cupcake flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup semi crushed nuts of choice (optional)
Wet:
1 cup plant-based milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
Icing:
1 slab dark chocolate melted.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180.
Mix together all your dry ingredients.
Add in your wet ingredients and mix.
Evenly spread into your baking dish and bake for 18-22 minutes.
Once the brownies have finished baking, melt your dark chocolate and drizzle over.
These are so yum warm or cold and take them to the next level with some vegan ice cream 🌿
