This is one of my best quick lunches that I make when in a hurry. 🍃
Pasta for 2 or 1 hungry person 🌿
1 handful of basil roughly chopped
2 teaspoons of olive oil
A squeeze of lemon
About 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs or Italian herbs
Pinch of Himalayan salt
2-3 tablespoons of homemade hummus
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Place your pasta onto cook following the instructions on the packaging.
In a bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.
Once your pasta is cooked, rinse until cool.
Mix the pasta through with your olive oil mixture.
Pour your hummus over the pasta and mix in with the chopped basil.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy with some salt and pepper 🍃
