🌿Here’s the recipe below. These are so quick to make 🍃
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2/3 cup of sugar of your choice
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup of plant-based milk
1/2 cup of coconut oil melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coffee mixed with 2 tablespoons of boiling water
Preheat your oven to 180c ° and oil your baking dish.
In your mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Add in the wet ingredients except for the coffee mixed with the water.
Mix until smooth. Remove about 4/5 tablespoons of the batter and place it into a smaller mixing bowl.
Pour the remaining batter into your baking dish.
Stir the coffee mixture into the mixing bowl that has the 5 tablespoons of batter.
Now swirl this mixture through the batter in your dish by pouring the coffee mix into the dish and using a spoon swirl through the two batters gently.
Place the dish in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes
While your cake is cooking start with the icing:
3 teaspoon icing sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon coffee
2 teaspoons plant-based milk
Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth and pour over the cake.
