Vegan Chocolate Chip Muffins


These Muffins are so delicious they have become such a staple in our home!



They are quick and easy to make and heres what you need:

Ingredients:

Dry:

  • 1 1/2 cups of cake flour

  • 2/3 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2/3 cup of choc chips vegan



Wet:

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk

  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence



Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180.

  2. Mix together all your dry ingredients.

  3. Add in your wet ingredients and mix.

  4. Scoop into your oiled muffin tray.

  5. Top with a few more choc chips and place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes 🌱
