These Muffins are so delicious they have become such a staple in our home!
They are quick and easy to make and heres what you need:
1 1/2 cups of cake flour
2/3 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup of choc chips vegan
1 cup of plant-based milk
1/3 cup of coconut oil melted
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preheat your oven to 180.
Mix together all your dry ingredients.
Add in your wet ingredients and mix.
Scoop into your oiled muffin tray.
Top with a few more choc chips and place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes 🌱
