Perfect pizza dough every time.
You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
Time: 15 minutes
Makes 2-3 pizza bases depending on how thick you like them.
2 cups of all purpose flour(I used stone ground cake flour)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1 sachet of yeast or if you prefer to go yeast free replace with 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of warm water
Mix together all of your dry ingredients.
Add the water and mix until a dough forms. Flour your hands ad kneed the dough for about 2-3 minutes until it appears shiny.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough up into your portions and roll out to your desired thickness on a well floured surface.
