Green Hummus


Green Hummus ๐Ÿƒthis is one of my favorite ways to get some greens in easy peasy ๐Ÿƒ




Ingredients:

  • 1 tin chickpeas rinsed

  • 1 handful baby spinach

  • 1 tablespoon of tahini

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons cold water

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon



Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Place it in the fridge to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying with some fresh bread, crackers, carrots, or whatever you like ๐Ÿƒ
