Green Hummus

Green Hummus ๐this is one of my favorite ways to get some greens in easy peasy ๐

Ingredients:
1 tin chickpeas rinsed
1 handful baby spinach
1 tablespoon of tahini
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Directions:
Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
Place it in the fridge to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying with some fresh bread, crackers, carrots, or whatever you like ๐
